PURCHASE POLICY

All purchases for banners and signs must be
paid in full before shipping of the orders can be affected on our side.
b.
Banneretc.com can accommodate your needs by
providing you with RUSH SERVICE. However, please contact us via email or
phone to check for availability of this service.
c.
Banneretc.com will acknowledge and confirm
your purchase by email and fax. Please bear in mind that once confirmation
is made, work on your orders would have been carried out. In the event
that you need to alter or make changes to your banner/sign orders, it may
incur additional cost and resulting in delay in completion of work and
delivery of the final product.
d.
Banneretc.com will not be held responsible
for any dispute or legal actions arising from violations and infringements
of copyright and trademark laws pertaining to licenses, patents and
copyrights attached to the banners and/or signs requested.
CANCELLATION
You may
cancel your orders; however, we are not able to refund you the purchase
price in full if you have decided to cancel the order after work has begun
on your banner(s)/sign(s). In such an instance, there is a charge of $50
for cancellation fees.
DISCLAIMER
Seller
hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This
disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's
warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the
seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser; at that time, title
passes to purchaser upon receipt of payment. If goods herein are being
purchased for export, purchaser must comply with US Federal export
restrictions for technology products. In addition, manufacturer warranties
for exported goods may vary or be null and void. If you have questions,
please inquire. Any and all liability is limited to the purchase price of
the products purchased.

PRICING
Except
where noted otherwise, the Prices of the banners and signs displayed for
all the banners and signs on our website represents the full retail price
listed on the product itself. The List Price is a comparative price
estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area
on any particular day.
Despite
the List Price, the total amount and value of your purchase will be sent
to you in the form of a confirmation email sent to the email account you
have entered while signing up with us. This is the total value of your
purchase and we shall charge to your credit card/account such amount.
Despite
our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be
mispriced. If a mispricing has been brought to our attention, we will do
one of the following:

stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason

affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
YOUR
ACCOUNT
If you
use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and
you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under
your account or password. Banneretc.com does sell products for children,
but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. The
buyer can either be an adult above the age of 18 or a registered
corporation. If you are an individual below 18, you may use banneretc.com
only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Banneretc.com and its
affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove
or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
RETURN POLICY
Please
refer to quotation or invoice reference and obtain authorization from us
before attempting to return the banners and signs that you have ordered
from us. The purpose is so that we can ensure smooth workflow for the
accounting, production and warehousing departments in banneretc.com to
expedite your return request.
If you
wish to return a merchandize to us, we must receive the returned product
within three (3) days from the date of receipt. The refund will be
subjected to a 25% restocking fee, freight and handling charges.
If you
wish to return your orders, please contact us before returning the
product. All returns must be accompanied by quotation reference, invoice
reference and authorization from personnel of banneretc.com.
Please
note that all custom printed merchandizes sold CANNOT be returned for
credit.
Banneretc.com shall endeavor to assist in all Return Requests, the buyer(s)
would have to ensure that they have requested for the return within the
time frame provided.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We
utilize UPS Ground to ship your orders Free-On-Board (FOB) from Los
Angeles, California, US. Please take note that UPS requires that you
provide us with the street address when supplying us with your delivery
address. Alternate delivery is available upon request via UPS Next Day
Air, 2nd day Air and 3-Day Select. It is important that you
have observed the shipping schedules carefully in order to prevent delay
of shipment and receipt of your merchandize.
We
cannot be held responsible for delay cause by unforeseen circumstance,
natural disasters, or delay that is a result of the delivery schedule. And
we will also not be held liable for merchandizes that are lost in transit
and no request for refund or replacement will be entertained.
SHIPMENT LIABILITY
Shipments are sent by the courier, class and method requested by customers
on their online order form. We may substitute UPS for USPS service
depending on destination at no additional cost to the customer. We cannot
guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service
guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or any other common
carrier.
If you
would like to return the orders because of damaged goods that may have
occurred during the course of shipment, please ensure that banneretc.com
is informed of it immediately and the merchandize must be received
by banneretc.com within three (3) days from the date of receipt. Failure
to inform banneretc.com of the breakage/damage immediately or failure to
observe the receipt rule above may result in banneretc.com waiving the
claim.
Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen
mail, clerical or typographical errors by the buyer(s) during the online
ordering process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in
transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution
facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier.
Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole
responsibility of buyer(s).
Cost of shipping
UPS Ground - $9.00 for
banners
UPS Ground - $25.00 for neon
The
cost of shipping remains the same regardless of the quantity of the
banners and/or signs you order.
Rush
Delivery
If you
wish to receive your orders within the time frame of 2 days, the cost you
will incur is $20 for banners and $40 for neon signs.
If you
wish to receive your orders the next day after placement of your order(s),
you will incur the cost of $40 for banners and $55 for neon signs.
SHIPPING RATES
Banneretc.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. To find out
more about the shipping cost involved for your country, please send an
email to sales@banneretc.com.
PACKAGING
Your
orders come with standard packaging. If you wish to have special
packaging, please contact us for more details. There will be additional
cost incurred for special packaging and confirmation in writing is
required.
RISK
OF LOSS
All
items purchased from banneretc.com are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass
to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SAFETY AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT GATEWAY
Security and encryption of confidential customer information given during
the online ordering process is certified by Paymentech Inc. through their
issuance of a security key and certificate to our secure server indicating
our compliance with the latest standards employed in internet security and
data encryption technology. Banneretc.com will not be held liable
for breach of security and safety of information during the course of
online ordering process.
APPLICABLE LAW
By
visiting banneretc.com, you agree that the laws of the state of
California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern
these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise
between you and banneretc.com or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any
dispute relating in any way to your visit to banneretc.com or to the
banners and signs that you have purchase through banneretc.com shall be
submitted to confidential arbitration in Rowland Heights, California,
except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened
to violate banneretc.com's intellectual property rights, banneretc.com may
seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court
in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and
venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted
under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment
in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an
arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether
through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
